Halloween Dusk whisked tentatively across the horizon, the opulent herald to night, welcoming the autumn evening with amicable frostiness. This night was one unlike any other, however. It was one in which the terrifying was extolled and the insidious glorified; but it was bereft of the quintessence of horror, much to the teenager’s displeasure, adulterated by childish laughs and augmenting exhilaration.
